If you have not already noticed, there is a lot more content on my website this week. Now one of the great things about having your own home based business is that you do not need to know all the technical stuff to make improvements.
That is what I love about this system...the great support. Take for instance the content that has been added to my site. A lady by the name of Suzanne Morris did all that for me at very little cost.
This post, just another great piece of support that is available to the home business owner. A little bit more on the 'technical' side than my usual posts... a bit of a trial. So for all the home business owners out there hope this helps.
There is no point in having a website unless you are attracting visitors. A major source of traffic for most sites on the Internet is search engines like Google,Yahoo!, MSN, Altavista and so on. So by designing a search engine friendly site, you will be able to rank more easily in search engines and obtain more visitors.
Major search engines use programs called crawlers or robots to index websites to list on their search result pages. They follow links to a page, reads the content of the page and record it in their own database, pulling up the listing as people search for it.
If you want to make your site indexed easily, you should avoid using frames on your website. Frames will only confuse search engine robots and they might even abandon your site because of that. Moreover, frames make it difficult for users to bookmark a specific page on your site without using long, complicated scripts.
Do not present important information in Flash movies or in images. Search engine robots can only read text on your source code so if you present important words in Flash movies and images rather than textual form, your search engine ranking will be affected dramatically.
Use meta tags accordingly on each and every page of your site so that search engine robots know at first glance what that particular page is about and whether or not to index it. By using meta tags, you are making the search engine robot's job easier so they will crawl and index your site more frequently.
Stop using wrong HTML tags to style your page. Use CSS (Cascading Style Sheets) instead because they are more effective and efficient. By using CSS, you can eliminate redundant HTML tags and make your pages much lighter and faster to load.

Now I am sure that there are very few of you who could honestly live a comfortable life on £13,400 a year, and remember that was before deductions, tax and national insurance. Furthermore it did not take into consideration rent or mortgage expenses.
On Thursday of this past week I read another article that indicated that for those living in the U.K. the deposit needed by a first time buyer looking to enter the housing market, was (on average) one years salary.
That amounted to £27,000 (app). Now for those who may be reading this and you do not reside in the U.K., that equates to app. $54,000.
So how long would it take you to save £27,000 for a deposit?
One of the reasons why I started my own home based business was becuase I was tired of not having enough money and time to do the things I wanted to do.
Everyone of us are in different places, with different levels of income and family situations. But who amongst us can honestly say that we do not need more money?
With the rising cost of living, all of us are being affected one way or another.
However, there are options available to all of us.
The opportunities to make additional income have never been so many. For a relatively small investment you can start your own home based business and begin the journey from the land of not enough into the land of just enough and if you really want to, into the land of more than enough.
May be you have been working a second or third job just to maintain one life. Notice I said maintain. That means surviving. We are not meant to simply survive or exist. We are meant to live life to the full, to enjoy life.

I used to watch the private jets fly over head believing that one day I would have my own jet and the lifestyle to go with it. Are you happy with trying to live on £13,400 (before deductions)?
For all those still thinking about starting a home based business. I read an interesting little article in a free national paper. In the UK it takes £13,600 (app$27,000) for a single person to live a reasonably comfortable life style.
The actual figure was not £13,600 a year but a little lower...£13,400. That figure is before tax so the actual figure is some where around £10,500. The article says that this affords a basic standard of living.
It goes on to say that a single person without children needs £158 a week, while a couple with two children needs £370 a week. And those figure don't include rent or mortgage.
Now I don't know what you think about those figures, but I would think on that amount of income you wouldn't be doing to much living...more like barely getting by.
So if you are dissatisfied with your present income level and would like a pay rise, maybe it's time you took the plunge and started your own home based business. You could hardly go wrong with all the advice and information that is currently available to you on the internet.
The current economic climate poses a negative reason for anyone to start their own home based business, especially a business that you can run from the comfort of your own home with the use of that pc or laptop that you use for surfing or whatever.
The negative reasons for starting a home based business might be the push that you need but the positive reasons for starting that business surpass the negative. I'm sure you don't need me to tell you about life style and living the dream.
But in all honesty whether you are single, married or divorced, are you really living a comfortable lifestyle. Perhaps now's the time to take the step and start your own home based business.
So if you are one of those singles existing on £158 a week, or acouple with 2 children existing on £370, may I suggest that you join us and start your own home based business.
